
Adena Blickstein will be showing her work. Over the course of her training Dr. Adena used art as a therapeutic medium for herself to process the pain and emotions that her patient's were going through. This exhibit is called "Feelings on a Page" and each painting is representative of a different pattern of emotions.
Dr. Blickstein is a physician and public health professional (MD,MPH) with a passion for mental health and public health. She is a graduate from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health (2015) and completed her medical internship at Westchester Medical Center (2016), and psychiatry residency at Metropolitan Hospital (2019). She is graduate as a sub-specialist in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry from Westchester Medical Center (2021). With her skills, passion, and experience, she is focused on supporting, leading, and building progressive mindsets that yield systemic change in our currently fragmented mental health and educational system in order to optimize access and quality of care for children and families. She is a catalyst for empowerment for individuals and communities and uses her creativity and skills as a physician and mental health professional for targeted engagement on a mass scale. She has presented on internet addictions and its effect on children and she seeks to build upgraded models of education that embrace neurodiversity.
Scott Bravo will be here. Scott is an acoustic, instrumental, virtuoso guitarist from NY. Scott was born and raised in Syracuse NY and started his musical journey as a hard core and metal guitarist. Finding little fulfillment in the upstate music scene he moved to Minneapolis in 2000. He briefly performed in the seminal mid west metal band Collapse before discovering Tommy Emmanuel in 2003. After hearing Tommy’s album “Only” Scott sold all of his electric gear and dedicated himself solely to the acoustic instrumental genre. In 2004 he recorded his first full album and went on tour across the country. Scott played anywhere and everywhere that would book him. By 2007 he had signed a record deal with Ohio record label RockShot Records and released his jazziest album to date. ”Bemusement Park”. More touring followed. In 2009 Scott moved back to Syracuse and released “NY Smile” his 4th album. He spent the vast majority of 2009-2013 on the road around the country steadily building a larger following. In 2013 he moved to NYC where he still resides. In 2015 he released 5th album, a collection of older songs called "V" and his 6th “Yes…But With Shades of Grey” In 2017 he released his 7th album, "Acoustisexual", and in 2019 he released a live EP entitled "Naked in My Glass Home". In 2020 he decided to try his hand at the 8 string acoustic guitar. Becoming one of less than a handful of guitarists to take up this instrument. OfficialScottBravo.com
