State Senator Klein Addressed a Large Group of Merchants and Community Leaders at the Meeting
Tonight's meeting was the beginning of an initiative spearheaded by KRVC, State Senator Jeff Klein's office and the Riverdale Neighborhood House , where the meeting was held, to form a North Riverdale Merchants Association. The meeting was attended by about 30 people including several area merchants. The group agreed to meet next month and plans were made for a community event in October and a Holiday Shopping event in November.
