Wow what a night! The warm hospitality of the Hebrew Home at Riverdale made for a beautiful setting. The Hot Air Balloon Blow-Up Demos by Re/Max, the live music by guitarist Steve Oates and harpist Mia Theodoratus made for fun entertainment. The wine and other beverages including "The Greenway" (vodka, lemonade and a splash of blue curacao) donated by Skyview Wines & Spirits made for a fun cocktail hour. The goody bags chock full of some really "good" stuff made possible by our major 2014 sponsors were a nice touch. Other sponsors including Riverdale Crossing, Montefiore, North Riverdale Merchants Association, Brown's Jewelers, Lloyd's Carrot Cake, Kidville and the Association of Riverdale Co-ops helped make the event extra special. A room filled with 125 guests made for a festive atmosphere and awesome honorees completed the evening.

At the event. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz and KRVC Board Secretary Petr Stand made a Tribute to Janet Golovner. We also made a special announcement that Cliff Stanton is re-joining the KRVC team as our Riverdale RiverFest 2015 lead organizer and as our Greenway Coordinator. We released two videos produced by Cliff and his son, Jordan, our videographer intern and a greenway presentation. We will post those soon.
With the exception of the shot of the ReMax balloon from the solarium window, the photos on this page were taken by our photographer Ethan Strell.
