KRVC will produce a full calendar of events again in 2016. We are also launching two new programs: A Local Jobs Program and a Go Green Energy Efficiency Program.

KRVC is adding great new top sponsor incentives in 2016 including:
Bus Shelter Ads – Top sponsor logos featured on our bus shelter ads we are running this year:
April – South Riverdale Festival Ad (need sponsor commitments by March 10th to be on this Ad).
May - Four Ads! Two RiverFest Ads (one in South Riverdale and one in North Riverdale) and Two Broadway in the Bronx Ads (featuring render) on 231st and 234th Streets. (need sponsor commitments by April 12th for these ads)
August – Johnson Avenue Festival Ad
September – Four Ads! Johnson Avenue Ad in South Riverdale; TBD in North Riverdale; Broadway in the Bronx Ads on 231st and 234th Streets (this one will feature images of Broadway).
“KRVC News” Newsletters - Two issues produced in May and September 2016 to be distributed in red newsrack boxes near the bus shelter ads – top sponsors logos on back page of newsletters.
Every Door Bulk Mailers – Postcards will be mailed out in May to many households in the 10463 and 10471 zip codes to promote RiverFest. Postcards will feature the logos of top RiverFest Sponsors.
Facebook Ads – KRVC maintains four facebook pages – KRVC, Broadway in the Bronx, Hudson River Greenway and Riverdale Riverfest. We regularly run ads for all four pages to boost the pages and posts. The pages feature sponsor logos for our events.
Website Upgrades – KRVC maintains two websites – krvcdc.org and riverdaleriverfest.org. Both sites feature sponsor logos and other sponsor recognition. In 2016, KRVC plans to launch a Community Calendar of Events that sponsors can send us info to post on – we will promote it heavily. Plus the business/neighborhood directory entry for each sponsor can be upgraded to include photos and such.
New KRVC Office – Our new office, which will be a small store front located on a commercial corridor, will provide KRVC with more opportunities to further promote our sponsors. The office will feature an electronic bulletin board in the front window with a slide thanking sponsors. Printed materials inside the office will promote our sponsors as well.
